Qualifications

Landscape Architect and Project Manager

We are seeking Landscape Architects with three (3) or more years of experience managing projects.

Requirements include strong skills in site design, technical design documentation and construction observation experience; demonstrated ability in project management and business development; successful management of projects from conceptual design through completion of construction documents; proven experience producing drawings and specifications from the schematic stage through construction observation; self-motivated with the ability and desire to lead others in the design and construction documentation/construction observation process; and the proven ability and desire to engage and retain clients as well as mentor less-experienced staff.

Our workshops mean the world to us--helping us to take our collaborative efforts to another level, so the role initially requires becoming an integral part and presence in the studio.

An undergraduate and/or graduate degree from an accredited landscape architecture program is required.

Landscape Architecture Licensure is required.

Candidates with a master’s degree or dual degrees in both landscape architecture and urban design, architecture or planning are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Salary range $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and demonstrated contributions.

Pay is modified by an annual pay-for-performance process, discretionary bonus payouts based on the firm's profitability and professional advancement.

This position is benefits eligible.

Benefits include comprehensive health, wealth, and well-being benefits including company paid medical premiums for employees; a health savings account (HSA) option; dental and vision coverages; 401K plan with a 5% match; paid time-off including for specific leaves of absence; training and licensing financial support.

We are an employee owned company; employees are participant owners in an ESOP Trust.

This is designed as a long-term retirement benefit, with the employees’ accounts increasing as the value of the business increases.
