Our client is a growing architecture and landscape architecture firm seeking a Landscape Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong knowledge of the Arizona plant landscape palette and irrigation design experience who is looking for career growth.

Job Description:


The Landscape Project Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the design and execution of landscape architecture projects.

This position requires expertise in project planning, client communication, regulatory compliance, and financial management to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout projects
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and regulations
  • Coordinate with internal landscape architectural teams and external consultants
  • Conduct quality control reviews of drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Lead project teams, providing mentorship and fostering collaboration
  • Participate in public meetings and jurisdictional approvals when needed
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve challenges
  • Track financial performance, budgets, and overall project profitability
  • Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in landscape architecture
  • Strong knowledge of the Arizona plant landscape palette
  • Experience in all development phases of a project
  • Proficiency in CAD software for landscape design
  • Strong understanding of landscape regulations, codes, and permitting processes
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
