Late Night Shift Manager – McDonald's

Drive the night shift.

Lead the team.

Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (overnight shifts) or 7:00 PM- 3:00AM

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Pay: Premium overnight pay PLUS sign-on Bonus

We’re looking for a rockstar Late Night Shift Manager to keep things running smoothly while the city sleeps.


What You’ll Do:

+ Lead the overnight team with energy and focus, ensuring top-tier service and smooth operations.

+ Handle late-night rushes like a pro (hello, post-party cravings!).

+ Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and security protocols during your shift.

+ Support and coach team members, keeping the crew motivated and on track.

+ Manage cash, inventory, and nightly reporting.

+ Be the go-to person when things go right—or wrong.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (leadership a big plus!)

+ Reliable, responsible, and thrives in late-night environments.

+ Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure.

+ Strong communication and leadership skills.

+ Must be 18+ and available to work overnight shifts, including most weekends.
