You are:

Infor Landmark Subject Matter Expert specializing in system architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting across Infor Lawson and Landmark applications.

Provides technical guidance, supports implementations, and upgrades, optimizes performance, and collaborates with functional teams to ensure stable, efficient, and scalable Lawson/Landmark environments.


The Work :

The primary responsibility of this role is to be a value Architect in medium-sized to large opportunities involving Lawson/Infor Support in managed as well as project services, Systems integration/Apps development and Infor apps support engagements, with the ability to individually create Solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas, while being able to develop these in a collaborative basis with the client including advising/co-creating the solutions.
+ Develop innovative application solutions that align with business objectives.
+ Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure application reliability.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
+ Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance application performance.
+ Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
+ Design, build, and configure Infor applications in line with business and technical requirements.
+ Act as a subject matter expert for Infor Lawson, Landmark, ADFS, and Security systems.
+ Lead installation and configuration for Infor versions 10 (S3) and 11.
+ Collaborate with and manage technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
+ Drive architectural decisions, mentor team members, and oversee cross-functional integration efforts.
+ Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions to complex issues within and across teams.
+ Manage Configuration, Build, and Release Management processes effectively.
+ Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system architecture.
+ Engage in strategic planning and implementation of secure authentication mechanisms, including 2FA/MFA.
+ Troubleshooting and resolving errors related to Lawson portal, jobs, IPA flows, Work Units, File Channels, third party integrations

Travel may be required for this role.

 The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.




Here's What You Need:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lawson/Infor Technology Environment with a strong focus on Landmark.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lawson System Foundation
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in managed services environments and production support
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience ​
