Urgent! Lead Data Analysts, HyperPersonalization Job Opening In Charlotte – Now Hiring Vanguard
The HyperPersonalization CDAO team is at the center of the AI Ambition and distribution strategy efforts, with an offer set that spans across experimentation, measurement, advanced analytics, and data storytelling to deliver on client-alpha focused outcomes.Our mission is to deliver insightful AI/ML solutions and data-driven strategies that will help us attract, retain, and position high-value investment products and services to both existing and future clients.
To further this mission, we are excited to announce that we will be expanding our team by hiring two new analysts.
These roles will be crucial in expanding our experimentation, simulation, forecasting and valuation capabilities, providing thought leadership, and producing analyses to support the migration of our engagement to our program.
For these positions, we are seeking candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
+ Ability to build strong relationships with senior business partners.
+ Strong data storytelling skills through visualization.
+ Problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills for analytically driven solutions.
+ Modeling experience with coding knowledge in SQL and Python.
+ Strong data, technical, and financial acumen.
+ 5+ years of corporate experience and 5+ years of advanced analytics experience.
Note: One analyst will focus on building and maturing our Client Lifetime Value models.
The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience working with these types of models and a finance background.
The other analyst will be aligned with our forecasting and simulation efforts to support the transition of our partners' campaigns to HyperP.
For this role, a strong background in statistics and modeling is highly desirable.
Core Responsibilities
+ Engages with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions and goals.
Brings structure to business requests, translates requirements into an analytical project approach, and leads complex projects through completion.
Delegates tasks and provides tactical and strategic guidance to peers.
Serves as the analytics expert on cross-functional teams for large strategic initiatives.
+ Acquires and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy and reasonableness.
+ Performs analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods.
Validates analytical techniques employed by other analysts.
+ Prepares and delivers expert level visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement.
+ Develops, owns and manages recurring analytic or reporting processes.
+ Actively develops the analytics community at Vanguard by mentoring, coaching and connecting others with resources and training.
Participates and presents during scheduled analytics seminars.
+ Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Minimum of five years related work experience.
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Graduate degree preferred.
