ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Lead Domain Architect role is responsible for integrating leading technologies in the design of complex technology solutions within a specific domain, while considering business goals, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.
The incumbent will provide strategic direction, training and mentoring to various stakeholders across the business in the IT-aligned business functional areas using their deep expertise in their specific domain.
The role will lead the architecture and development of solutions aligned with the overall business and technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring business functional outcomes are achieved and the architectural runway is in place at the functional level.
The incumbent will foster collaboration among stakeholders to understand business needs and implement the best solutions to meet their needs, while ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy and roadmap.WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:
Integrate and refine architecture designs that are aligned to the organization’s business goals (., speed, reliability, scalability)Leverage expertise in domain-driven design principals to improve upon conceptual and logical models and advocate for their organization-wide adoption in adherence to architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworksCreate detailed execution plans to implement recommendations for solution designs and ensure consistency and compliance with architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworksInfluence business strategies and execution models by providing insights on how updated end to end delivery capabilities can drive business goalsFoster collaboration among various stakeholders across the business, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks in a unified mannerProvide technical expertise and training opportunities to empower technical teams in support of the implementation of solution designDrive strategic communication regarding technical considerations and impacts to stakeholders helping them understand implications in detailMaintain and leverage strong business networks to ensure ongoing alignment between business operations and IT strategyContribute to and influence the development of the overall IT strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions that drive business goalsEvaluate emerging technologies and trends to help the organization maintain a competitive advantage, driving innovation within the organizationThis position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.

Education
RequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in lieu of a degree, at least 13 years of experience in ITPreferredTOGAF CertificationSkills and Experience
10-12 years of experience in the specific domain and designing solutionsProven track record in designing and architecting complex systems at the functional or enterprise levelExpertise in technology integration and the design of interfaces between systemsExpertise in Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Proven track record in working with enterprise application integration and service-oriented architectureExtensive knowledge of existing and emerging enterprise architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworksExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsPreferred
