Job Description:
The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies has an immediate need for an Operations Program Integrator at our Advanced Manufacturing Facility South (AMFS) located in Huntsville, Alabama.
In this role, you will lead and represent the Operations team across multiple sites in developing and executing maturity and transition plans for development stage programs.
This role will be the primary interface with key team members to ensure alignment of Operations and Program objectives across multiple sites.
Essential Functions:
+ Establish and oversee program plans for the operations site team to successfully execute the program requirements relative to schedule, cost, and performance/quality.
This will include hardware manufacturing, tool design and fabrication, staffing, process development, and facility needs.
+ Mentor and train lower-level operations integrators.
+ Accountable to make and drive decisions on behalf of Operations leadership.
+ Interface with program teams members and customers to ensure the program needs and site plans are aligned.
+ Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.
+ Work special projects as assigned and recommend improvements to key processes that would improve the overall flow of the site's products.
+ Up to 10% business travel to other L3Harris sites.
+ Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior manufacturing or operations experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior manufacturing or operations experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior manufacturing or operations experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
+ Ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision.
+ Proficiency with MS Office products.
+ Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience.
+ Project Management experience.
+ Experience with composite manufacturing in the aerospace & defense industry is highly desired.
