What you can expect


Zoom is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our AI-native Zoom Mail product.

This role will play a pivotal part in defining the future of business communication on the Zoom platform.

You will lead the product roadmap, shape features from concept through launch, and use competitive insights and industry trends to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.

The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to ensure successful implementation, launch, and market communication.


About the Team Zoom


Mail is a key part of our communication and productivity suite of applications.

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead innovation in the core communication experience, creating new user experiences and integrating mail touchpoints across the platform and third party applications.

With AI Companion unlocking the value of email communication, we focus on driving the flow of information from conversation to task completion.


Responsibilities
+ Defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zoom Mail with AI at its core.
+ Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
+ Gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
+ Developing detailed product requirements and working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
+ Driving product adoption and growth through data-driven decision making.
+ Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches.
+ Mentoring and guiding junior product managers on the team.



What we’re looking for
+ Hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading email, messaging, or collaboration products.
+ Demonstrate a proven track record of launching and scaling successful B2B SaaS products.
+ Apply analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive strategic decisions.
+ Communicate and present effectively, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
+ Follow agile development methodologies in cross-functional team environments.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of email protocols, standards, and security best practices.
+ Understand the enterprise communication and collaboration space.
+ Display prior experience working in a fast-growing technology company.
+ Apply understanding of API integrations and enterprise software ecosystems.



Salary Range or On Target Earnings:


Minimum:
$124,000.00

Maximum:
$271,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.




Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.




We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
