Wells Fargo Securities, LLC seeks a **Lead Securities Trader** in New York, NY.
**Job Role and Responsibility:**
Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is seeking a Lead Securities Trader who is responsible for modelling, quoting, trading, and risk-managing vanilla and light exotic single stock/ETF Derivatives.
Work closely with other derivative and cash traders and various equity sales traders as well as internal technology and quant partners.
Price, execute, and risk manage single stock flow options for institutional and hedge fund customers.
Deliver a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional client.
Collaborate with derivative sales for innovative trade idea generation for our customer base.

**Required Qualifications** :
**Degree required:** **Bachelor’s degree** in Financial Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
**Four (4) years** of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving Singlestock and ETF derivatives trades experience.
**Specific skills required:**
+ Experience with Python;
+ Expertise in various derivative trading strategies such as Dispersion; Experience with Excel VBA;
+ Experience with single stock and ETF option market making and risk management;
+ Must have established customer relationships and the ability to work across all equity derivative products;
+ Experience working with counterparts inside a financial institution like technology, quants, compliance, financial control and market risk officers; and
+ Must have established relationships with derivative brokers to help facilitate transaction and risk management.
Salary: $191,152 - $300,000 per year.
