  ADP, Inc.
  
  seeks Lead Security Engineer at our Roseland, NJ location.
  
  Responsibilities: Responsible for securing ADP’s applications and software products globally by defining and coordinating the execution of information security initiatives across ADP and participating in multiple information security projects.
  
  Perform secure code reviews for new products, technologies, and services, identify security vulnerabilities, and work with the development teams to mitigate security threats.
  
  Document and provide remediation guidance.
  
  Develop and deliver security training and outreach to internal development teams.
  
  Define and report program metrics and communicate security and technical issues to stakeholders regarding business risks.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required.
  
  The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
  
  


• Work Experience.
  
  Two (2) years of experience must include: Application Security Standards and Best Practices; Remediating known security vulnerabilities; Python; Threat modeling; Security testing; Incident response; Web Application Firewalls (WAFs); DDoS Detection and mitigation.; Security Testing Tools (including BurpSuite, Paros, Nmap, Fortify, Checkmarx, or Snyk); TCP/IP suite or OSI Model, and Securing applications in cloud.
