Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnights, especially at this time.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Union Position:This position is part of the Local 6 Union which requires complete open availability.
We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established.
You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.
What will I be doing?
As a Lead Steward, you will play a key role in supporting our Food and Beverage operations, ensuring all areas are impeccably prepared and maintained for both restaurant and event services.
Your primary responsibility will be guiding the team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the back-of-house areas.
By overseeing the preparation and organization of food and service equipment, you will help set up the Banquet and Restaurant teams for success, allowing them to deliver outstanding service in line with our pursuit of Forbes 5-Star excellence.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
