Job Description:
This is a temporary role starting ASAP through EOY, with the possibility to extend or convert to permanent.
Full-time: Approximately 40 hours per week during business hours.
Ideal candidate must have a strong UX/UI portfolio showcasing website B2B redesign with sharp, well-thought-out wireframes, quality visual execution, consistency, and strong conceptual thinking.
Experience with Adobe AEM is a plus, but not required.
W2 only; candidate must be located in the U.S.
Fully remote.
We're looking for a Lead UI Designer with strong UX expertise to create visually compelling, user-centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and commerce.

You'll own the visual design direction, ensure consistency across platforms, and collaborate closely with UX, development, and strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead UI design execution for responsive web and mobile experiences, ensuring pixel-perfect quality and brand alignment.
Translate UX strategies and wireframes into high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems.
Maintain visual consistency across products while pushing creative innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing visual excellence, design systems, and end-to-end product design.
Expertise in Figma and modern design tools; strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG).
Ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities.
Familiarity with front-end technologies for effective designer-developer collaboration.
Experience with Adobe AEM is a plus, but not required.

Nice-to-Haves:

Agency or consultancy experience, eCommerce background, and interest in AI-driven design.

The hourly pay range for this position is $37.50 - $60.82.

The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.

This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
