Learning and Development CoordinatorNational Corporate Housing | Home, Wherever You Are

National Corporate Housing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the execution of internal training and development programs across the organization.

This role is based in our Denver corporate office and plays a key part in managing learning program logistics, communications, systems, and scheduling.


The ideal candidate connects quickly with learners and new hires, loves to organize moving parts, and is energized by supporting a high-performing team.

You’ll ensure smooth operations across our training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, mentoring, and more.


This role will be focused on supporting the strategic learning and leadership programs that grow the careers of our employees.

Expectations for Success:


  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and materials for programs such as Leadership Development Program, Mentoring Program, training bootcamps, and other live or virtual training sessions




  • Provide logistics support for New Hire Orientation and Annual Conference




  • Administer Learning Management System backend including assignments, reporting, and technical troubleshooting




  • Track training metrics and support reporting/dashboard creation




  • Maintain SharePoint libraries and ensure version control for learning content




  • Coordinate market trainer documentation, bonus tracking, and scheduling




  • Manage evaluation forms, feedback collection, and post-session summaries




  • Lead strategic learning communications and internal training campaigns via Sharepoint and email




  • Provide technical support for learning platforms and live training events




  • Support formatting and prep of training materials including facilitator guides and PowerPoints




  • Support continued education and best practice sessions for functional groups including ASCs, GECs, and AMs under the strategic direction of the Operations Success Manager




  • Monitor training calendars, track team projects in Jira, and assist with meeting coordination

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, training, project coordination, or administrative support preferred




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred

    Up to 5% bonus of annual base
