Learning & Development Coordinator Job Opening In Beverly Hills – Now Hiring Alo

OVERVIEW

The Learning & Development Team at Alo and BELLA+CANVAS is seeking a passionate and highly organized individual to support high-impact programs for our corporate employees.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, oversee the execution of workshops and events, and ensure efficient daily operations.

This role requires the ability to multitask, exceptional communication skills, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Champion the mission, vision, and Guiding Principles of Alo and BELLA+CANVAS.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to address ongoing training needs.
  • Partner with the Manager of Learning & Development in creating, distributing, and maintaining training and workshop materials, including resources on the employee Intranet.
  • Manage the Learning & Development inbox and shared calendar.
  • Handle workshop requests, which includes reviewing intakes, scheduling follow-up meetings, and recording meeting notes.
  • Assist in managing and tracking the progress of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and flagging any potential roadblocks.
  • Oversee expense/invoice management and supply ordering.
  • Coordinate the scheduling, location booking, and internal support needed for Learning & Development sponsored events and internal workshops.

    This includes creating calendar invitations, sending event communication through internal communication platforms, and managing post-event follow-up via feedback surveys/evaluations.
  • Attend events to ensure smooth delivery, troubleshoot issues, and provide facilitation support as needed.
  • Play a key role in implementing and facilitating the Onboarding & Orientation Program for new employees.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Canva.

    Experience with Adobe programs, Asana and Articulate Rise is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in coordinating and facilitating events.
  • A willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges, and to suggest improvements in processes.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • The base pay range for this position is $30/hr which represents the current range for the non-exempt position.

    Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

    As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range.

    Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees.

    Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
