**What you’ll do**

+ Lead the entire project lifecycle for various L&D programs, including conducting needs analysis to identify gaps, designing effective learning solutions, overseeing content development, managing seamless implementation, and evaluating program effectiveness.
+ Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and timelines for each learning initiative, ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, business leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning needs and gain alignment on program objectives.
+ Manage vendor relationships with external training providers.
+ Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to create engaging and impactful learning content in various formats (e.g., e-learning, workshops, and blended learning).
+ Develop and implement robust evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and business impact of learning programs.

**What you’ll need**

+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ 8+ years of experience in L&D with a proven record of managing and delivering programs and projects.
+ Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
+ Exceptional communication, written, and presentation skills.
+ Proficient in designing and implementing data-driven learning evaluation strategies, including the Kirkpatrick Model, to measure program effectiveness, calculate ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suites.
+ Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

+ Preferred hands-on experience with a range of instructional design and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to develop impactful digital learning solutions.
+ Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.
