Job description

Learning Project Coordinator

Contract Length: 12 months

Location: Newark, NJ

Work Setup: Remote (with occasional on-site presence, 2–3 times during the contract)



Join the Global Technology & Operations (GTO) Learning Team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the implementation of technical training programs.

As a Learning Project Coordinator, you’ll help drive the delivery of skill-based learning experiences by coordinating logistics, scheduling sessions, and supporting learners across the organization.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.



Learning Project Coordinator Responsibilities




  • Schedule and facilitate live and virtual training sessions and information events.

  • Serve as a point of contact for learner inquiries across the enterprise.

  • Manage registration processes for instructor-led programs with attention to detail.

  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and third-party vendors.

  • Provide technical production support and troubleshoot live/virtual sessions.

  • Draft and send clear, engaging communications to training participants.

  • Enter and maintain data in Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.


Learning Project Coordinator Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Learning Coordinator, preferably in technical or engineering environments.

  • Familiarity with learning platforms, event logistics, and enterprise training programs.

  • Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); PowerBI experience is a plus.

  • Experience using planning tools like MS Planner or MS Project.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

  • Collaborative and inclusive mindset with agile working style.



This is a Learning Project Coordinator role that offers the chance to be the connector between stakeholders, platforms, and learners—without the responsibility of creating training content.
