Job Title: Lecturer in Mathematics Location: UNG-Dahlonega, GA Regular/Temporary: Regular Full/Part Time: Full-Time Job ID: 291151 About Us Located in the fastest-growing region of the state, the University of North Georgia is a multi-campus university with an enrollment of nearly 20,000 students, making it one of the largest institutions in the University System of Georgia.

Job Summary The Department of Mathematics at the University of North Georgia invites applications for a full-time lecturer in Mathematics on the Dahlonega campus beginning in August 2026.

This is a full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities * The faculty member will be expected to teach five classes per semester.

* This is a full-time teaching position with no research expectations.

Required Qualifications * Master's degree in mathematics or closely related field is required.

* Demonstrated excellence in teaching is essential.

* Teaching of core mathematics classes and Learning Support mathematics is expected.

* While the successful candidate will be expected to teach a variety of courses, preference will be given to candidates with an interest in and record of excellence in teaching core curriculum courses and learning support.
