**Overview**
Tremend is looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join our team of bright thinkers and doers.
You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries.

**Your Impact:**
+ Investigate, diagnose, and resolve L2 issues related to our platform, working closely with L1 support and development teams
+ Provide support for Oracle Forms-based interfaces and PL/SQL backend components within the system
+ Analyze and optimize PLSQL code to improve response time and system performance
+ Proactively monitor the application to identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks or failures
+ Liaise with traders, analysts, and technical teams to address critical issues and implement preventive measures
+ Maintain clear and concise technical documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for faster resolution and knowledge sharing
+ Assist with testing and deployment of application updates, patches, and new features, ensuring system integrity post-release.
**Your Skills & Experience:**
+ 3+ years of experience in L2 application support
+ Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL, with hands-on experience analyzing and debugging complex code
+ Experience with Oracle Forms in a support or development context.
+ Basic understanding of Linux environments (RedHat preferred).
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
+ Effective communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
+ Scripting experience (e.g., Bash or Python) is a plus.
