Responsibilities:
+ Provide direct healthcare services under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
+ Assist residents with daily living activities to ensure physical and emotional comfort
+ Accurately observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions
+ Promote safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions



Qualifications:
+ Completion of a nursing assistant course meeting federal/state requirements
+ Active LNA license in the State of New Hampshire
+ CPR certification required
+ Minimum of 3 months experience in long-term care preferred
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
+ Capable of working independently and as part of a team



Knowledge and Abilities:
+ Understanding of the unique care needs of the geriatric population
+ Ability to assess and interpret data related to residents' status and adjust care accordingly
+ Strong documentation and observational skills
