Lifecycle Management Specialist

**What You'll Be Doing**
Proactive Outreach & Engagement
+ Own the Renewal Lifecycle
+ Execute proactive outreach to customers and partners beginning 120 days prior to renewal dates.
+ Ensure timely quoting and order processing for renewals under assigned accounts, including escalation management when necessary.
+ Collaborate with channel partners to resolve renewal concerns and secure renewal purchase orders.
Opportunity Development
+ Coordinate and drive renewal opportunities across existing customers while identifying net-new upsell and cross-sell paths.
+ Partner with NetApp sellers and Arrow teams to position upgrade paths, complementary solutions, and value-added services.
+ Contribute to targeted renewal strategies for at-risk accounts and low-retention partners.
Relationship Management
+ Maintain trusted relationships with assigned partners, NetApp regional teams, and customers across all verticals.
+ Onboard partners to the ArrowSphere RENEW platform, delivering value messaging and training on best practices.
+ Conduct regular customer health checks and host quarterly success reviews (QBRs) with key accounts.
Data-Driven Sales Execution
+ Track and report regional renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue metrics.
+ Use propensity scoring, EOSL tracking, and workload assessments to identify accounts most at risk and prioritize engagement.
+ Provide feedback loops to NetApp to influence solution improvements and address recurring renewal challenges.
Education & Value Communication
+ Deliver webinars, workshops, and customer conversations highlighting renewal benefits, new feature adoption, and risks of non-renewal (e.g., downtime, security vulnerabilities).
+ Clearly articulate ROI, upgrade paths, and the long-term value of renewing NetApp solutions through Arrow.
This role is tied to a sales compensation plan.
A portion of On-Target Earnings (OTE) will be variable and tied to renewal attainment, pipeline growth, and specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Requires knowledge of the renewals lifecycle, sales execution, and partner ecosystems.
+ Background in channel sales, renewals, or business development strongly preferred.
+ Familiarity with partner ecosystems, SaaS/hardware renewals, and CRM/forecasting tools is a plus.
+ Solves moderately complex renewal challenges; takes a new perspective by leveraging data insights and structured renewal plays.
+ Works independently with minimal guidance; acts as a resource for colleagues and channel managers.
+ Provides informal guidance to junior staff and contributes to process improvements in renewal strategy, reporting, and enablement.
**Experience / Education**
+ Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
**Work Arrangement**
For candidates in Colorado; Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
For candidates in other states; Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:**
$84,500.00 - $95,151.89
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
