Light Industrial Machine Operators at North Kingstown, RI NEDEED!
+ **100% Onsite**
+ **Monday to Friday**
+ **1st shift:** 6:55 am - 2:55 pm / **Pay rate:** 17.50$ per hour
+ **2nd shift:** 2:55 pm - 10:55 pm / Pay rate: 18.73$ per hour
+ Contract: W2 under staffing supplier, 5-month duration (possible extension according to performance)
**SUMMARY:** This **Machine Operator** role in **N.
Kingstown** involves operating various card production equipment to **personalize debit/credit cards** and meet customer specifications.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ **Operation & Quality:** Operating equipment in a **high-paced environment** , exceeding production/quality targets, and **independently inspecting own work** .
+ **Maintenance:** Performing **minor equipment maintenance and adjustments** .
+ **Problem Solving:** Identifying and recommending solutions for potential production and quality issues.
+ **Compliance:** Ensuring **strict compliance** with all security and production policies.
**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma, basic computer/math skills, and strong analytical abilities.
+ 1-3 years of mechanical experience in manufacturing/production settings **is preferred.**
+ Ability to lift load up to 40-50 ppunds.
