**Job Description**
As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for standing at the end of the packaging line, placing individual product packages into larger boxes for shipment.
You will need to maintain a fast pace as the packages come through, ensuring accuracy and speed.
You will also conduct visual inspections for product flaws and load cardboard holders according to work orders and product specifications.

**Essential Skills**
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience (packaging, kitting) is a plus.
+ Experience in food manufacturing is desirable.
**Work Environment**
The work environment is a large, open space where candidates will be standing all day, so comfortable shoes are a must.
Please note that skirts, short shorts, and open-toed shoes are not allowed.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Howard Lake, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
