BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Loan Servicing Administrative for an opportunity in Newark, DE!

Job Type: Contract to hire

Duration: 6 months, and Possible extension or conversion to FTE

Pay rate: $28/hr.



Position Summary:

This position is responsible for assigning daily loan servicing & administrative items to Loan Servicing Account Managers (reconciliation/billing/payments) and has direct communication with our Loan Servicing Management Team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Task Management:
    • Monitor and manage the group mailbox, assigning incoming tasks and requests.
    • Assign daily client tasks to appropriate team members based on expertise and workload.
  • Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile daily Borrower activity and workflow cases across the organization.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor and escalate past due cases involving principal, interest, and fees to ensure items are being assigned and resolved in a timely manner
  • Control Reports:
    • Monitor workflow reporting, updating applicable comments.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with any administrative tasks associated with the terms of a Credit Agreement.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Back up co-workers and work on various special projects or other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree is strongly preferred, but related job and industry experience can be accepted as a substitute (3+ years).
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Must have experience reading and interpreting syndicated loan documentation or related experience supporting syndicated loans and using LoanIQ.
  • Ability to manage concurrent assignments effectively, efficiently, and in an organized manner.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal/client servicing skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
  • Flexible working schedule with some overtime required.
