**How you’ll make an impact:**
The EDP in Location Planning will have a curiosity to learn, a base foundation for analytics, be comfortable communicating with cross functional teams and be able to extract insights to drive strategic decisions.
This candidate should be comfortable with a dynamic work environment where projects and priorities change with the pace of the business and include long term initiatives and quick wins.
**(60%): Drive improved decision making and support, delivering helpful insights for each buy season as it relates to store assortments and space**
+ Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross functional partners and leadership focused on driving profitability and improving the customer experience
+ Collaborate with Merchandising, Visual, Planning and Allocation to build assortments, aligning product and store format strategies to financial goals
**(40%): Execute style assignments to stores based on overarching strategies and intentions**
+ Perform admin functionality for the assortment planning system as it relates to store eligibility
+ Assess pre-season buy roll ups to ensure buy strategy is executed and highlight risks across store formats
+ Perform in-season ad hoc analysis to recap impact of strategy changes and performance of varying assortments
