Job description

The Logistics Analyst completes various management, organization, and planning tasks to maintain a high readiness posture of the site's overall warehousing operations.

Monitor status and assist with assigned units’ data cleansing / error corrections.

Monitor and assist in SLOC management actions.

Respond to tasking’s related to GCSS-Army in a timely manner; coordinate with other areas as needed.

Identify potential shortfalls that could impact operational readiness.

Provide courses of action based off of the tools and resources available through Network/Physical capabilities.

Compile statistical supply data/reports.

Provide systems analysis/trouble shooting of system errors and preparation of system change proposals.

Coordinate training efforts for all personnel involved to include Warehouse Workers, Supply Clerks, and other contract personnel assigned to the Supply Support Activity (SSA).

**Responsibilities**

+ The Logistics Analyst completes various management, organization, and planning tasks to maintain a high readiness posture of the site's overall warehousing operations.
+ Monitor status and assist with assigned units’ data cleansing / error corrections.
+ Monitor and assist in SLOC management actions.
+ Respond to tasking’s related to GCSS-Army in a timely manner; coordinate with other areas as needed.

+ Compile statistical supply data/reports.
+ Provide systems analysis/trouble shooting of system errors and preparation of system change proposals.

+ Audits supply reports and provide accurate reports according to directives outlined in the PWS accordingly to include CDRL and PRS requirements.
+ Ensures Safety is the number one focus everyday while monitoring work.
+ Follows established Business Rules provided by the US Government/PMO and protocols to achieve an efficient operation.
+ Assists Manager with setting team goals in collaboration with US Government and PM.
+ Monitors workplace performance and leads training initiatives to improve employees.
+ Keeps up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.
+ Communicates with other departments to ensure products are issued, inventoried, shipped, or turned-in, in a timely manner.
+ Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports as prescribed.

**Qualifications**

+ Must be certified in GCSS-Army, specifically in SSA and warehousing functions and be able to provide certificates.
+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and use of tools for analysis.
+ Experience with GCSS-Army supply procedures for requesting, receiving, issuing, and turning in.
+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
+ Must be a US citizen and have a valid driver’s license.
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Must be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card within 30 days of employment.
+ Must be able lift 50 pounds.
