Job Description:
Support with District Camera Systems (MAIN) and Intercom (SECONDARY) Capital projects:
- Assist with first-level administrative triaging of Safety Technology service tickets
- Assist Logistics and Field Support Manager with Return Merchandise processing
- Assist Logistics and Field Support Manager with District inventory requirements, as per policy, including BStock transfers related to Safety Technology capital project devices.
Prepare inventory documentation and obtain required signatures; enter inventory data into Safety Technology data tracker.
- Support the team with vendor collaboration in scoping job proposals.
- Maintaining approved bench stock and related documentation.
- Collaborating with school administrators and security personnel on site walks and project kickoff meetings at the request of supervisor(s).
- Assist with obtaining, uploading, and evaluating vendor designs/plans, to ensure administrators are able to review for code compliance.
- Under the direction of project managers/supervisors, collaborate with other district departments and vendors, i.e. cabling and network device distributers, to ensure successful completion of repairs and new projects.
- Under the direction of project managers/supervisors, gather and upload vendor purchase orders, invoices, and other work-related documents into assigned Teams Channel
- Assist with scheduling meetings, site walks, inspections, as assigned by project managers/supervisors.
- Other field work assignments related to the work, as needed, including to take pictures or observe specific construction/contractor work or system installations.
- Be flexible to work non-regular office hours for emergencies, including holidays, weekends, nights.
- Must be willing to learn internal systems for additional duties and growth in area responsibilities.
