Job Description Job Description Outsource is looking for a Low Voltage/Data Center Foreman with 5 years of experience for a great opportunity based in Red Oak, TX.

Candidates must have Electronic Security experience in commercial/data center environments.

This is an immediate need.

Low Voltage Foreman Job: Manage a field crew up to 20 employees.

Oversee and review all project documentation including project plans, schedules, materials, time entry, etc.

Review materials to verify accuracy.

Close out projects, obtain customer sign-offs, assist with finalizing project deliverables.

Forecast manpower and materials.

Ensure the highest quality during all phases of the project (Quality Control).

Manage project hours, ensuring completion within the scheduled timeframe.

Assist with field training, employee development.

Low Voltage Foreman Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in the Low Voltage/Data Center industry.

MUST have data center experience.

Experience with electronic security including access control, CCTV, intrusion a plus.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Experience running crews of up to 20.

Experience working with high end customers including hospitals.

Strong hands on experience with pulling, terminating, testing, troubleshooting of various low voltage systems.

Strong understanding of construction safety rules and regulations.

Ability to interface with customers and work professionally.

Experience working independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to lead a crew and layout work.

MUST HAVE ACCESS CONTROL experience.
