About the Role

Join a collaborative pediatric care team making a difference in children's lives across two locations.

As a Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll rotate between the West Cary and Raleigh clinics, support providers, and care for diverse patient needs while strengthening your clinical skills.

Position Options

LPN Level I

  • Provide hands-on pediatric care under RN and provider supervision.
  • Conduct basic patient assessments and record detailed visit notes.
  • Support clinic operations, including scheduling, phone triage, and workflow management.
  • Perform routine lab tasks (capillary sticks, heel sticks, kit-based testing).
  • Assist with care coordination and follow-up calls.

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in North Carolina.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.

LPN Level II

  • Independently manage more complex pediatric care tasks.
  • Mentor and act as a resource for team members.
  • Perform advanced procedures (venipuncture, catheterizations, cultures).
  • Manage full-cycle telephone triage and documentation.
  • Support providers with care planning and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in North Carolina.
  • 612 months of proven Level I experience.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • Strong pediatric care knowledge and clinical skills.
