As a Frame Cell Operator for Allegion, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and operating systems to ensure operations are running smoothly.

**We are hiring for 1st SHIFT and pay is $17.73 per hour.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Set up and operate machines in a safe manner per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
+ Set up and operate multiple pieces of equipment; a press brake for notching and forming, OBI press, tappers, resistance welder, operate forklift as needed, as well as perform preventative maintenance tasks when necessary
+ Verify all operations have been inspected and completed before moving completed parts to next work cell.
+ Organize maintain all the machines as instructed by the preventative maintenance documentation.

**What You Need to Succeed:**

+ Manufacturing experience (preferred).
+ A broad knowledge of machining techniques and familiarity with computer numerically controlled machine tool operating procedures (preferred).
+ Familiarity with and understanding of program formats involving combinations of operations such as profile and contour milling, boring, recessing, turning, drilling, threading, etc.
+ Ability to work under minimal supervision.
+ Ability to handle complex issues and problems.
+ Ability to understand and follow directions.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks.
+ Team player attitude.
