POSITION – Machine Operator (Spring Manufacturing)
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift, 3:30pm to 1:30am, Monday–Thursday
STARTING PAY – $18 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Willing to train, but prior manufacturing experience is preferred
As a Machine Operator, you will be trained to run production machines in a spring manufacturing facility.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring equipment, checking product quality, and ensuring parts meet specifications.
