**Responsibilities**

Entry level position.

Working under close supervision and following detailed verbal and written instructions, performs repetitive bench to produce medical components and associated subassemblies.

Responsibilities

+ Performs simple to semi-complex tasks in the preparation for medical device assembly.
+ Places parts in specified relationship to each other per written documentation
+ Assembles components according to approved standards and procedures.
+ Reads and follows procedures to assemble, start-up, and operate production equipment.

• Works at different workstations as production needs require.
+ Perform moderately complex first piece inspections using simple test equipment.
+ Accurately records and completes manufacturing documentation, i.e., logbooks.
+ Communicates problems to supervisor, technician, or engineer.
+ Perform stock/kanban transactions and enter lot information into computer/terminal.
+ Has completed basic production, health, safety, and environmental hazard training courses.
+ Must be able to perform job functions while walking and/or standing up to 100% of the time during a shift.
+ Follows all corporate, safety and production standard operating procedures.
+ Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

**Qualifications**

Required Qualifications

High school diploma.

No previous experience required.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Ability to work varying shifts and overtime hours when required.
+ Ability to read, write and understand English.
+ Must have ability to complete training courses.
+ Ability to use and read measuring devices, i.e., rulers, calipers, micrometers, etc.
+ Understands and can apply regulatory (QSR, ISO) requirements in everyday activities.
