he Lickdale manufacturing facility has over 450 employees and supports products for our appliances business unit including but not limited to terminals & splices, magnet wires and Rast Connectors.

**Job Overview**

TE Connectivity's Plating Teams operate assigned automated plating machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity.

They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures.

Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures

Shift Options:

Swing Shift: Monday through Friday working 7 am to 3 pm one week and 3 pm to 11 pm the following week.

Rotates Weekly.

Shift Differential: 5%

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday working 3 pm to 11 pm.

Shift Differential: 10%

3rd Shift: Sunday through Friday from 11 pm to 7 am.

Shift Differential: 10%

**Job Requirements**

+ This is an entry level position requiring basic mechanical/technical skills.

We will provide on-the-job training to candidates who have a desire to learn and grow within the organization.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Operate and adjust plating lines
+ Perform quality checks of products and assure good product
+ Load and change reels
+ Perform preventative maintenance
+ Must possess the ability to coordinate and move product from one department to another
+ Operate pallet jacks and other material handling devices to move product and materials **Education / Experience:**
+ High energy, self-motivated, attention to detail and willingness to learn and advance in a fast paced environment
+ Introductory experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
+ Knowledge of plating processes and production lines is preferre
+ High School Diploma or GED Required **Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to lift a minimum of 44 lbs safely & dependably
+ Must be able to carry a minimum weight of 44 lbs safely & dependably
+ Must be able to push a peak force of 80 lbs safely & dependably
+ Must be able to pull a peak force of 80 lbs safely & dependably
+ Frequent standing, walking, and balancing throughout the day is required in this job.

**COMPENSATION**
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $20.00 - $22.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.

TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
