Requirements:

The Maintenance Support Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.


The Maintenance Support Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

+ Detailed cleaning of equipment and building

+ Maintaining outside grounds including pressure washing and shoveling of sidewalks

+ Filtering and maintenance of oil fryers

+ This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases/equipment weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly, as well as bending, reaching, climbing and squatting while moving products and/or equipment.

+ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends

+ Ability to tolerate work in an outdoor environment (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Minimum of 38 hours per week

+ Ability to read, write and speak English
