Assist in upgrade developments and installations. </p><p> </p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p><p>1. Hands-on machine maintenance support including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair.</p><p>2. Hands-on plant maintenance support including utilities and structure.</p><p>3. Performs the scheduled preventative/predictive maintenance program to its specifications and guidelines.</p><p>4. Assists in special plant improvement programs.</p><p>5. Assists in the manufacture, assembly, and installation of machine or plant upgrades.</p><p>6. Responsible for keeping accurate information on a project or repair work order including problem, remedy, labor, parts and downtime incurred in a legible, specific format.</p><p>7. May be required to travel for maintenance or production reasons.</p><p>8. Promotes company’s safety efforts and maintains a safe working environment for employees.</p><p>9. Performs other tasks as required.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>EDUCATION:</u></strong></p><p>1. High school education.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:</u></strong></p><p>1. Minimum 3 years experience in the industrial maintenance field.</p><p>2. Strong mechanical background.</p><p>3. Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems and their operation and application.</p><p>4. General plumbing and plant maintenance.</p><p>5. Ability to read a schematic and/or blueprint.</p><p>6. Welding/cutting/fabrication experience.</p><p>7. Strong troubleshooting skills.</p><p>8.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>Work Hours: Sunday - Thursday 10:30PM - 6:30AM</p>
