Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team you will lead the delivery of exceptional accounting and reporting services across diverse client engagements.

As a Manager, you will oversee operations, mentor team members, and uphold compliance with accounting standards while driving excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance

- At least 5 years of experience in a managed services, shared services, or outsourced finance environment

What Sets You Apart

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

- Experience in managed services or outsourced finance preferred

- Proficiency in modern accounting or ERP systems

- Demonstrating leadership in supervising and coaching teams

- Excelling in analytical and problem-solving skills

- Managing multiple clients and priorities effectively

- Driving process improvements through automation and efficiency

- Supporting client communications and managing expectations

- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
