As a Manager, Analytics PMO, you’ll play a key role in building the future of analytics for Walmart’s eCommerce business.

In this role, you’ll support the execution of key initiatives within the eCommerce Analytics team, helping to manage projects, build scalable ways of working, and explore how we embed AI and analytics into decision-making.

Working closely with the Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, you’ll collaborate across business, analytics, and tech teams to help structure work, amplify insights, and build an analytics-first culture.

--- You’ll make an impact by: · Supporting PMO operations – Help plan and track the progress of key analytics and AI initiatives.

Build status updates, timelines, and stakeholder communication plans.

· Driving resource visibility – Assist in mapping analytics resources to initiatives, identifying capacity challenges, and supporting prioritization efforts.

· Enabling AI integration – Work with data science and business partners to identify AI use cases and document business readiness.

· Creating compelling insight narratives – Build presentation materials and dashboards that elevate the visibility and clarity of the analytics team’s work.

· Fostering a data-driven culture – Support communication, team events, onboarding, and playbooks that scale analytics best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years'
experience in data analytics or related field.
