**Manager – AI Infrastructure Engineer**
**The opportunity**
We’re hiring two experienced AI Infrastructure Engineers to lead the implementation and optimization of GPU-based systems for AI workloads.
This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in infrastructure, DevOps, and AI operations, who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about enabling scalable AI solutions.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Implement GPU infrastructure for AI workloads.
+ Configure and optimize NVIDIA enterprise software stack.
+ Develop automation scripts for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
+ Support AIOps practices including observability, system health, and incident response.
**Skills and attributes for success**
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to lead infrastructure initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
+ Comfort working across cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.

**To qualify you must have**
+ 5–8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
+ Strong proficiency with Linux systems and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
+ Experience with NVIDIA GPU stack, Triton Inference Server, and CUDA.
+ Skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ Experience managing large-scale AI infrastructure in production environments.
+ Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and monitoring tools.
+ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,500 to $230,200.
The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $150,700 to $261,600.
Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
