We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation Projects Manager (Contractor) to support key initiatives across compensation planning, performance management, and talent acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, experience with compensation systems, and a passion for driving employee engagement through thoughtful rewards strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage configuration and execution of annual compensation cyclesDeliver training and audit recommendations for accuracy and complianceSupport performance calibration and translate ratings into compensation outcomesLead planning and logistics for year-end awardsPartner with Talent Acquisition on offer development and market alignmentParticipate in compensation surveys and manage benchmarking dataQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)4+ years of experience in compensation or HR operationsProficiency with tools like Oracle, Power BI, and compensation benchmarking platformsStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
