You will lead the charge on development strategies that optimize returns, drive long-term value, and position Mon Ami as a market leader in opportunistic real estate investing.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">What You’ll Do</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Develop and execute strategic redevelopment plans aligned with the firm's investment goals — from feasibility analysis and market research to final completion.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Lead full-cycle development processes, including due diligence, entitlement, permitting, design development, budgeting, construction management, and close-out.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Oversee major CapEx initiatives across retail, industrial, flex, and residential assets, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Manage project budgets exceeding $10M, monitor cost control measures, and deliver financial reporting on project performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Lead complex tenant build-outs and national retail tenant improvements, collaborating closely with leasing teams during lease negotiations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Select and manage external teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors; negotiate contracts, oversee draw processes, and drive value engineering.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Ensure adherence to local zoning, permitting, REAs, lease provisions, and all applicable regulations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Establish and continuously refine development standards, scalable workflows, approval protocols, and best practices to enable sustainable portfolio growth.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Build and lead a high-performing internal team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Bachelor's degree in real estate development, construction management, finance, urban planning, architecture, or a related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">5+ years of progressive experience leading value-add and repositioning real estate projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Proven track record managing end-to-end development initiatives, including complex entitlement and permitting processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Expertise in development financial modeling, pro forma analysis, budgeting, and cost control.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Strong knowledge of design, engineering, construction methods, contract negotiation, and project management best practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Experience managing developments valued at $10M+.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Outstanding leadership, team-building, communication, and negotiation skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Proficiency in project management software and Google Suite/Microsoft Office Suite.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;
