Select Responsibilities
Vendor management and process: Own day-to-day relationship with our digital vendor stack across a range of external partners.
Manage key relationship interactions and needs, and act as a steward to coordinate with internal teams, to ensure projects stay on time, budget, and aligned with business goals.
Content strategy: Coordinate editorial calendars and content creation forkey projects with other team members across the marketing, communications, and investor relations functions, proactively identifying opportunities to operate more effectively to meet our audience where they are.
Content: Manage the channel for each project, and collaborate with those overseeing copywriting, graphics, distribution and translations to ensure all publications are staged properly and released on schedule.
Oversee all content updates on the Brookfield public website.
Collect and update data for the Quarterly Insights Executive Board presentation.
Content distribution: Own the development of content creation to support the delivery of our global brand strategy.
Identify opportunities to reuse or repurpose content across our digital channels in partnership with expert agency and vendor partners.
Provide quality assurance, including proofreading, to ensure consistent corporate messaging across channels and deliverables.
Collaborate on internal content plans for the firmwide intranet.
Support content curation and employee engagement approaches.
Brand initiatives: Support brand-building projects in collaboration with our design and content teams across different internal groups, including HR/Recruiting and investment teams.
Production and support: Provide support in the production of video and other digital media.
Examples include working with leadership on stories, videos, major announcements, as well as employer brand work, both on Brookfield’s owned channels and other platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors’ degree in marketing, communications, technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience with business communications, digital operations or marketing required.
Excellent interpersonal and superior oral/written communication skills.
Strategic, proactive thinker who can anticipate requests, who takes initiative beyond the established scope of responsibilities.
Ability to:
Self-direct, prioritize and work both independently as well as cross-functionally to achieve deliverables
Generate accurate work-product based on criteria of tasks assigned
Adapt work and priorities to changing scenarios
Work on multiple project plans simultaneously
Manage third-party vendors to ensure project and operational timelines are met
Superior desktop publishing and computer skills.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Drupal, Microsoft SharePoint (or other CMS interfaces) required.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 (pro rata over a 5‑month fixed‑term contract)
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
