Title: Manager of EHS

Job Summary This position is responsible for leading the implementation, coordination, and ongoing management of environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) programs.
The role champions initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and fosters a proactive safety culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement health and safety procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Lead and assign compliance reviews, risk assessments, and safety evaluations to identify effective controls and mitigate risks.
Oversee procurement, usage, maintenance, and inspection of safety and personal protective equipment.
Design and manage EH&S training programs; delegate and support delivery of presentations.
Supervise incident investigation teams to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Administer ergonomic programs, injury case management, and return-to-work initiatives.
Ensure compliance with site-specific Industrial Hygiene protocols.
Collaborate with site leadership to promote a safety-focused culture, identify improvement opportunities, and analyze trends for continuous enhancement of EH&S systems.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum of six years of EH&S experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and relevant software tools.
Familiarity with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) standards preferred.
