We’re looking for motivated leaders ready to grow into this role through our Manager in Training (MIT) program—starting at $45,000–$54,000 with a clear path to advancement.

    What You’ll Do

    As a Manager in Training, you’ll rotate through the core areas of facility leadership:

  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day facility performance

  • Sales & Marketing: Drive growth and build community relationships

  • Hiring & Recruiting: Bring in, develop, and inspire top talent

  • Employee Training & Management: Lead and coach your team to success

  • What We’re Looking For

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Willing/able to work nights (Mon–Fri, 4pm–1am; Sat–Sun, 6am–1am)

  • 1+ years of successful sales experience

  • 1+ years of leadership/supervisory experience

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (plus!)

  • Soccer knowledge/experience as player, coach, or in soccer-related business

  • Team sports background

  • Understanding of business financials
