GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
The Manager, Production leads the shop floor value stream teams and coordinates with planning team on effectively creating, maintaining, and executing efficient production schedules, project labor budget targets, and processes to meet internal and external customer requirements while minimizing cycle times and effectively utilizing inventory.
Position ensures the schedule plan (including long-range plans) and execution through all manufacturing value stream segments does not compromise on-time delivery of equipment, product quality, cost effectiveness, and most importantly, the safety of employees.
This position ensures cross functional collaboration and the establishment of procedures through a focus on increased efficiency and the elimination of waste.
Coordinates programmed, routine assignments and ensures development of standard work procedures for others to follow.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience: 6+ years experience in planning/scheduling in a customized, engineered to order manufacturing environment Minimum 5 Years of leadership experience; Deep ERP systems knowledge including configuration control.
Experience working in ISO certified organization.
Licenses/Certifications: APICS, PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional), Lean Six Sigma.
*Or 7+ years equivalent combination of education and experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Supply Chain.

Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
Starting pay for the position is between $93,900.00 - $117,450.00
