The Team:
The Global Supply Chain Master Data Management team is a high-impact team supporting both Supply Chain and cross-functional teams.
This team plays a critical role in the journey to transform overall processes and improve operational excellence through data management, data quality, and data compliance to industry standards where applicable.
The team prioritizes data that matters, linking data efforts to larger business goals and objectives.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager based out of our El Segundo office to join the Global Supply Chain Master Data Management team.
This role will report into our Sr Director S&OP, MDM, and Global Planning Transformation.
You will be responsible for leading a team of analysts focused on the accuracy, consistency, and governance of critical master data activities within the Global Supply Chain organization.
These activities include item set up and maintenance in global systems, as well as location tables, packaging language compliance and data used in other supply chain areas.
This role partners with cross functional teams and is an advisor on master data practices and possibilities.
The MDM Manager must understand GS1 standards and comply to the standards as possible, bringing expertise in data governance frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.
The role identifies opportunities for process optimization as well as recommend data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Effective collaboration skills are required as the role will interact daily with stakeholders in multiple markets and functions.

What We’re Looking For:
The annual base salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $147,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
