Job Summary:
The Manager of Enterprise Analytics Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the system architecture design, development, and maintenance of our data analytics system infrastructure.
Through leadership of a team of skilled system administrators, provides guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
Works collaboratively with stakeholders from Information Technology and across the organization to ensure alignment with our healthcare organization’s strategic goals.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Five (5) or more years of relevant experience including three or more years in a formal or informal leader position is required.
Experience in enabling cloud-based infrastructure for data, analytics and AI is preferred.
Experience working with Epic System (EMR) platform is preferred.
Experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
Formal leadership experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, network and systems engineering, information systems, software engineering or related fields is required.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
Understanding of data privacy standards and security best practices is preferred.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health
Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $49.15 - $84.07.
Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
