We are conducting a confidential search for a Manager of Health Information & Coding.

Lead and develop a hybrid team of on-site HIM staff and remote coders.
Oversee chart completion, Release of Information (ROI), compliance, and documentation improvement.
Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize workflows in Epic EHR.
Play a vital role in enhancing revenue cycle performance and organizational compliance.

RHIA or RHIT credential required; AHIMA or AAPC coding certification required.
3+ years of HIM experience, 3+ years coding, 3+ years healthcare leadership.
Proven ability to manage and motivate hybrid/remote teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Epic EHR preferred.
