The Sundance team owns the strategic data platform which fuels personalized customer offers and prescreen capabilities.

We specialize in harnessing and operationalizing massive volumes of marketing data to drive measurable business outcomes.

Our team is currently leading a critical transformation initiative to evolve our prescreen technology, which is key to expanding our reach and introducing new, valuable use-cases that ensure customers receive the most compelling, personalized offers possible.

About the Role
As a Product Manager on the Sundance team, you’ll contribute to our ambitious roadmap, drive innovation, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and marketers to bring our vision to life.

You'll be instrumental in unlocking value by helping scale our capabilities to new channels and integrate with other Capital One capabilities.

High-performing PMs on our team will have the opportunity to grow into a use-case lead, owning the full strategy and execution of a core business offering.

  • We’re looking for candidates who are:

  • Highly fungible and can operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency in delivering outcomes

  • Exceptional at developing and nurturing relationships with internal customers and platform partners 
  • Willing to go deep into systems design conversations and contribute to high level architecture direction
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 

    A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

    A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

  • The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.

    Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

    Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

    McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management

    Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

    This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).

    Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
