**Position Summary...**
The Walmart US eCommerce cross border inbound team builds products that allow Marketplace Sellers increased selection by offering fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options from overseas factories to the Walmart Fulfillment network.

We are seeking an experienced Manager to own change management and process improvement for this program in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, cross border inbound logistics service.

The Manager will play a critical role to drive organizational change initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technical features, geographic expansion, and strategy changes across Walmart Import’s services.

The role will develop and implement structured change management mechanisms that minimize disruptions, maximize associate experience, and ensure successful business outcomes.

The role will also drive and implement process improvement by analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and enhance overall productivity.

The ideal candidate understands supply chain, has worked in matrixed cross-functional environments, has strong communication and relationship-building skills, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

• Managing Issues – Drive resolution of key issues, escalations, and projects.
• Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations – Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success.

• You will provide program leadership for cross-function teams to deliver on your strategy across business, product, tech, support, and operational organizations.

• You can effectively communicate to all levels of the organization, including leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the process.
