**What You'll Contribute**
The Manager Reporting and Analytics will be responsible for providing analytical support for the Procurement Center of Excellence comprising of Third-Party Management Program, Procurement, Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions.
In this capacity, the Manager will be responsible for collecting, cleansing, classifying and analyzing data related, but not limited to, supplier spend, transactions, and process compliance.

**What You'll Do**
+ Create, maintain and analyze reporting that supports Program governance.
+ Develop dashboards and recurring reports for management, business owners, auditors and regulators.
+ Develop and generate periodic reports providing holistic view of across third-party population.
+ Manage Supplier spend monitoring, analysis and reporting including, but not limited to, sourcing spend analysis to track spend patterns across suppliers, categories, and business units.
+ Facilitate the collection, cleansing, classification and maintaining the quality of spend data.
+ Assist in the creation of scorecards to evaluate suppliers.
+ Track and record procurement savings & cost avoidance partnering with Finance as needed.
+ Other Projects as assigned.Â

**What You Have**
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
+ Bachelorâs degree in accounting, finance, business, engineering, information systems, data analytics or related fields.
+ 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, business, engineering, supply chain or related fields.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
+ Proficiency in using analytical tools/systems such as Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, etc.
+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Knowledge of vendor management, sourcing, and procurement systems (such as Workday).
+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing sound judgment to prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
+ Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing financial data and numerical information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
+ Adept at translating complex technical information into clear, understandable language for non-technical audiences.
+ Capable of independently conducting thorough research to gather relevant information, identify trends, and draw insightful conclusions.
+ Demonstrate exceptional ability to organize tasks efficiently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent at building relationships and communicating effectively with diverse audiences, including stakeholders, team members, and business partners.
