Summary
Polaris, a global powersports leader, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our Human-Machine Interface (HMI) / Applications & Features software development team.
In this role the ideal candidate will lead a talented group of engineers and be responsible for their development to ensure technical excellence in delivery.
The manager will work closely with technical leads to align execution with product and platform strategies, while focusing on removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and driving high-performing engineering teams within a SAFe Agile environment.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $141,000 to $186,000 per year.
Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
